Can someone help with license

I have tried repeatedly to use the "contact us" link but it always errors out on the message contents (no idea why). Can someone help? I am on a tight timeline and this delay is causing issues. We have send your key a few days ago.
In some cases, our mails are deleted as spam.
So we send again from another mail address(console_at @ hotmail.co.jp).
